Banking Feed Login - Direct Xero Notification
I receive direct notifications from my bank platform when my business account is being accessed. Having the bank account linked to Xero is functional, but creates some security anxiety as I receive notifications from the banking platform about a login and then need to check if it is Xero. A direct notification - or even just email notification - from the Xero app would be helpful to cross reference and know that the specific login is Xero and not a security threat. I have searched quite extensively but haven't found this option.

Bank feeds - Send link to client to authorise
I would like to be able to send a bank/xero link to connect the AMEX credit card feeds or other banks that enable linking via internet banking, rather than having to add the client as a user in Xero first to be able to connect bank feeds via a link. This seems to complicate the signing of completed financials and tax returns sent from xero to the client for signature. It asks them to login (when their email is connected with a Xero account just so they could link internet banking) and many clients are finding it frustrating.

Stripe - connecting to other currency accounts
Xero Bank Feed connections: Would it be possible to connect payment services for Stripe to more than two bank accounts, I can currently setup GBP (primary currency) and USD but can't setup for EUR or CAD. Our Stripe payments are collected in the currency and paid out to our bank accounts in these currencies but the payment service settings will only allow these two currencies to connect to the GBP payments which mean a manual process to transfer between accounts in Xero and ''mark as reconciled'' . Bank Feeds - Bank Feeds for ethical banks
Our charity places values first and in searching for a new current account for our organisation, ones with high ethical standards that synchronise with Xero is a very restricted field. CAF, Unity Trust, Triodos for example do not have bank feeds and they say this capacity sits with Xero. We currently bank with The Cooperative that scores well, and we have had to leave Barclays who have been exposed as very poor. I'd like to request the integration of a WesBank loan feed, similar to the bank feed functionality. This addition would significantly improve efficiency in managing loan transactions within Xero.

Bank Feeds - Customise fields in the Account Transactions tab
It would be handy if account transaction list that shows when you click on your bank account could be modified to include / remove different fields so that you can see information that you would like to see when looking at bank transactions without having to create a custom report.

Bank Reconciliation - Use Bank Rules to record fees
It would be wonderful if in Bank rules we could also include the fee that will be taken out.
Eg a deposit of $100 from Fresha attracts a $2 fee. The bank feed shows $98 . Is there a way to be able to bank rule this7 votes -
Bank feeds - Support for South African payment processors (PayFast, Payflex, PayJustNow, Ozow, etc)
While our primary business banking account transactions import automatically via a bank feed, the process of importing the transactions from our payment processors/gateways into their respective bank accounts in Xero are manual and add many hours of admin - there is already some integration with these gateways to support payments and this could be extended to include transactions flowing into Xero.

Bank Feed - Don't remove duplicate statement lines
Xero should auto import all the transactions from the bank feeds even if it appears to be double entries of the same transaction. For example Toll fees with the same amount on the same day are only imported once into xero although all the transactions are on the bank's online profile.

Given that your bank feeds constantly don’t work, it would be great if they could be refreshed via the app, rather than having to login to a computer.

PayPal - Import proportion of VAT with feed
As a retail company with many hundreds of transactions each day it is a massive task to properly account for VAT. All our products are VATable inside the UK but we receive many orders from outside the UK which are non-VATable, or from other EU countries where we must charge a different VAT rate for our IOSS return.
PayPal holds details of the VAT that was collected as part of the transaction, but as Xero imports all these hundreds of transactions from PayPal it currently does not import those VAT details. That means we have to look at our other…

Be able to setup the ATO integrated Client Account as a Bank Account and receive a direct feed fro the ATO (or relevant Tax Authority) for transactions including Penalties and General Interest Charges.

Bank Feeds - Automate imports for Philippine banks
There are a lot of businesses in The Philippines that would benefit from bank feeds. Even if you cover BPI, BDO and Union Bank I’m sure they would fund the development costs.
This combined with BIR accreditation would see XERO as the leading accounting product in a country of over 110 million people.

Reconciliation - Notify users when there are new entries in Discuss tab
the discussion tab in bank reconciliation is a wonderful tool to communicate issues encountered in doing bank reconciliations. What would make it better would be if there is an option to notify specific users when a new entry or response has been entered in the tab. This would increase productivity for service providers and allow their clients to respond quicker to queries from their service provider
