Bank Reconciliation - Partially reconcile a statement line
Ability to partially reconcile a statement line to one invoice and leave the rest of the payment unreconciled until the details needed for reconciliation are received, instead of posting an overpayment.

When coding expenditure, my farmlands account has a month's expenditure and some transactions need splitting into business or personal. So entering details for a single bill can take an hour. There is no saving of data entered if I get disconnected from the internet although many people have apparently requested this. It was suggested I enter data offline in the Xero app, then synch it when going online, but i cannot do this because there is no option of 'none' in the tracking categories. Is it possible to reconcile a transaction then edit it later? I like Xero because it has great features to make things easy for the user. I cannot understand why you have not instituted a save function which could save hours of repeat work.

Suspension of transactions waiting for more information
Please please please
When doing the reconciliations can there be a quick action button that lets me set aside this transaction for now so I can continue with the easier reconciliations and then come back to these ones.
Ideally the selected transactions would change colour and stay at the top of the list for revisiting. Even perhaps with a line underneath them to delineate from the main recon list.
The "suspension list" would not be part of the scrolling or page selection, as we need to easily see that they still need to be addressed.
This is needed because it gives me the absolute ***** that I have to scroll through all of these "waiting for more information" transactions every time I come back to do some more recons. -

I agree, I receive remittance advices up to 4 A4 pages. It is frustrating to be 99% through the match process and find additional information required from Customer. You cannot save the 99% of items matched and have to start all over again when the missing information is provided by Customer.

Reconciling funds - I need to be able to save Reconciling items while I'm half way through reconciling.
eg - I receive large amounts via bank statement - eg $16,000. That $16,000 will be made up of 10 holiday home bookings. Then I break down each booking into cleaning, credit card fees, our company commission, Airbnb commission, etc etc. Sometimes there may be up to 80-100 lines of items. Currently I can not save and it is really frustrating as it can take an hour to do and then if I have to leave or can't reconcile I need to investigate further. -

SAVE FOR LATER section within the Reconcilation page
We should be able to add a transaction to the top of the list to a section that doesnt scroll, another tab or click a button to change its colour to signify it is now in a special section for 'saving for later'.
Sometimes a transaction needs looking into further and when doing recon you might end up with half a dozen of these, it would be really handy to be able to group them at the top of page or turn them a different colour so that when continuing on they are out of the way and you know you can ignore them for a little while, instead of scrolling through all of the transactions to get to the next transaction that you CAN actually complete.
If you were to put these in a tab of their own, reminders would need to be present on the currently viewed page to let us know that recon cant be completed until those grouped 'saved for later' transactions are completed (would just need to be a brightly coloured button somewhere on the screen that can be clicked on to take us to the saved for later transactions.
But I think the ability to just change the colour of 'save for later' transactions would be simplist. -

Currently Stripe can send through a partial match to the bank feeds. The ability to partially match up bank feed items and then add the difference to the discuss tab for clients to chase up, would be a game changer.

When matching hundreds of invoices to a payment in find and match, a function to be able to save a draft while selecting.
Would be very handy (I accidentally closed the tab on a $200000 find and match tab, some invoices are as small as $1.45 - It took hours)
