Hi community, thanks for all your votes and comments on this idea – it’s great to see so much support for this idea.

We know that having to manually upload statements takes valuable time away from running your business, especially when your bank doesn't offer CSV exports.

I’m happy to share that we're exploring a bank feed for Cynergy Bank.

While we can't give any commitment at this point, we'll be back once the team have had a chance to dig in deeper and share any progress.

    Like others I have been waiting for this with increasing frustration for some time and when shared on LinkedIn the other day was suggested by Xero that I raise it as a product suggestion! It really feels like no one at Xero is reading this and sadly as per the previous comment it might only be when customers start leaving that it is given any attention.

    Its now well over a year since I raised this request. Cynergy Bank have stated it is Xero who have not set this up and that they are compliant. Why is it taking so long?

    Cynergy Bank have some very attractive rates for small businesses and I know of at least 3 clients who are looking at changing to them. As it stands, if they move to Cynergy, Xero is not a workable platform for them to use and unfortunately, I will have no option other than to move them to another platform. Please advise if this will be fixed within the next 2 months.

    Is there any update on this @xero Support team? this is such a waste of time for my team and wonder what is causing the delay in implementing this?

    Trying to comply with Making Tax Digital for VAT is currently miserable whilst trying to manually upload transactions from files, reconcile these to ensure nothing is missing and then double check bank feeds with Xero. As of April 2026, Cynergy are still not an option for auto bank feed

    Yes please we urgently need Cynergy feeds on Xero! The fact you don't offer this is preventing more and more businesses using Xero becuase of this lack of integration and because Cynergy is growing rapidly for small businesses using their banking service. Come on Xero!!!! Get this sorted please!

    Yes, come on Xero – we need this! Cynergy doesn’t even allow statement exports as CSV, so manual updates are the only option, which is ridiculous in 2025!

    Please get Cynergy bank feed sorted. It’s making me rethink using Xero as it’s too complicated manually uploading statements and I’m under pressure from
    Accountant to have a system that takes all feeds for my accounts. When is this happening with Cynergy? Update please 🙏

    This has been needed for some time. Cynergy have good savings and loan account rates so would be very helpful for a direct link

    We need this, Cynergy has some of the best saving rates at the moment.
