Hi team, we appreciate the growing interest this idea's gaining and want you to know our product teams are very attuned to our customers desire for a bank feed for CAF bank.

We're continuing to work closely with our third party integrators to make more bank feeds available via open banking. A feed for CAF is high on our agenda, however we're reliant on third party integrators to support this integration in order for us to deliver this for you all.

I want to assure you we're pushing for it's integration, but we cannot commit or confirm a timeline for this work to be undertaken.

As soon as there's progress to share we'll happily provide further updates for you all.

    We'd really appreciate a live-feed between Xero and CAF Bank. It would make our lives as a small charity so much easier.

    Yes as we are also a small charity it would greatly help to have this direct reporting of caf to xero

    Not having the bank feed from CAF Bank costs us extra money in bookkeeping fees as the work has to be done manually. As a charity, every penny counts.

    Xero, please do not become an organisation like Sage and let everything slip. We have invested massively with adoption of Xero products as they have led the industry with technological improvements. It would be really unfortunate for other software providers to overtake you now and we would grudgingly have move across to QBO who now have a CAF Bank feed, simply to retain efficiencies and best level of service for our clients.

    I agree with all the other comments. A live bank feed with CAF Bank would be a huge help to our small charity. Please prioritise setting up a feed.

    Please do this as soon as possible. It will save so much time and remove all the potential errors that can occur with manually importing bank feeds.

    Xero, please, you are the best accounting software on offer, please don't let this let you down. Live bank feeds make such a big difference to those doing the bookkeeping

    A live bank feed between Xero and CAF is essential. Please can you prioritise this.

    Xero is a great product but this lack of functionality is causing my small charity time and effort which we can ill afford.

    Please can you get the live feed sorted. Most of the other banks have live feeds

    The sooner this happens the better as we have to do the weekly bank reconciliation manually at the moment, taking a huge amount of time, but still not making the feed 'live' as it's out of date almost immediately. It would be so much easier if these updates could happen automatically so CAF displays 'live' information, meaning reporting is more accurate. Please, please make this happen

    Interesting to see the comment from Admin in July saying that this has been accepted, but disappointed to see there is no timeframe.

    We started using Xero just a couple of months ago and in my onboarding call the Xero rep said the bank feed issue was because CAFBank wasn't providing something in the right format, it was up to CAFBank to fix this and there was nothing Xero could do. Now it seems that from as early as July that hasn't been the case! And CAFBank say they are waiting for Xero to prioritise it.

    I agree with one of the comments below - I don't really care who's fault/responsibilty it is, we just desperately need this fixed to be able to use Xero effectively

    Getting a direct feed is vital to prepare our monthly management accounts. Other banks have this. Please arrange for CAF

    Integrating Xero would be vital as we are current considering going elsewhere with the lack of support and integration we are experiencing with CAF

    It would be really helpul, but I have reservations about how CAF will be able to handle developing the necessary integration mapping etc given how badly their upgrade went this summer as some of it is still ongoing

    My organisation use Xero, it would be even more perfect to have a direct feed from CAF bank. As a volunteer it would support building efficiencies in the precious time i have.

    Anything that reduces admin time is really helpful, integration with CAF would be really helpful
