sequentially number transactions in order of creation
Include a unique sequence number for each transaction on Xero in the order of creation.
For someone who outsources the work to external accountants but need to review each transaction, tracking reviewed transactions is easy as each transaction has a unique sequence number. Tracking backdated transactions is also more efficient if the transactions are sequentially numbered in creation order
This can indicate gaps in sequence to search for deleted transactions

Hi Cornel, Sorry to hear the troubles you're running into here. We currently do have a sequence of numbers that the transactions follow for the purpose of consistency. If you're experiencing performance issues, or some thing isn't working as you'd expect it to, it's best looked into with a closer lens.
