SIMPLY ALLOW ANY AMOUNT OF PAYMENT TO BE CREDITED TO A CONTACT DIRECTLY WHEN OVERPAYMENT IS DONE. SYSTEM IS TOO TIMEOUS. MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS OVERPAY
