Cash Coding - Spend and Receive Totals
Have a total for each of the spent & received columns in the Fast coding screen. When the checkbox is ticked the total decreases and vice versa. Have a print button to print the data.

Thanks for sharing this idea. Adding visible totals for the Spend and Receive columns in Cash Coding, with the totals updating as rows are selected, would make it easier to review and reconcile transactions. A print option would also help users retain or review the coded data outside Xero.

Agreed. It would make it so much simpler when trying to reconcile in cash coding if all the totals had a sum once ticked.
