Bill entry screen scrolls down after approve should scroll up
When entering bills and clicking Approve the screen scrolls down to bottom but usually I'm entering a lot of bills and need to either enter a new bill or copy one I've just entered so I need the screen to scroll to the top

Or even better - have separate buttons for Approve and next and Approve and copy
