style of xero invoices
I have just received an invoice from Xero for client subscriptions and they have changed the style. Instead of having net figures with a net total, a VAT calculation and a gross total; they now have VAT included in each line (as a total gross figure), they then have a gross invoice total and have a memo for the VAT amount. This is not normal in the UK, it is difficult to check to to the attached CSV - how can you check between net and gross figures? Support does not get it. I need an invoice from Xero that I can use to check their figures and is in the usual UK manner - I don't care what the standard is for the rest of the world but when I use Xero to send sales invoices it is correct, I just expect Xero's sales invoices to me to be equally correct.
