  1. MFA

    At Login the MFA is ok, but your function of Trust this device is not working at all. So it would be better to remove it if there is no way to skip it. Also once you get to the Authenticator code, make the curser go into the text box by default. It is an annoying extra click into that box that really is not necessary.

    Hi Isabelle, thanks for sharing your feedback! The "Trust this device" only works if you login with an authenticator app.

    Moreover, the setting usually fails when browser settings wipe your cookies or when you login from a different device or browser. It also resets if you share a computer with another Xero user.

    If none of those scenarios apply, please raise a case directly with Xero Support to investigate.

    Also, if the main annoyance is having to manually click into the 6 digit box each time, you can vote on the existing feature request here.

  2. Xero Support - Ability to download support conversations

    Xero support is first class. It would be useful to have the ability to download support conversations.

    Coming back to this idea, while we appreciate the feedback and how you'd personally find this useful, as we have not seen a lot of supporting in this idea overtime it'll soon be removed.

    This still isn't something we have any direct plans around in the near term, however as mentioned in my last update in lieu of a direct download or export capability you could copy & paste the detail of a support case into an external document such as Google Docs or MS Word for your own records.
