    Hi team, we appreciate your feedback and have been taking this on board as the team closely consider improvements to our auto reconcile experience.

    Currently, we are working on a new settings panel that'll provide more control of what you would like auto reconciliation to be driven by.

    I will share another update as this comes to life and keep you updated of it's release here. 🙂

    Yes, need to be able to stop predictions and memory. I reconcile a lot of payments as spend money when I have the paperwork. Jax is reconciling them based on the fact that I use spend money transactions - so I'm having to remove and redo them so that my client can see which ones he needs to send paperwork for.

    Hi everyone, we’d like to round back to share an update that the ability to accept deposits has now rolled out to all AU, NZ, UK, CA, SG and US organisations, and we expect to make this available to remaining regions soon.

    Staying close to feedback from its release, our team have recently added a due date field in which you can select a specific date that payment of the deposit is expected if this differs from the Invoice due date.

    I look forward to looping back to finalise once we’re at 100% roll out of deposits, and give you a hint of where we’ll be expanding functionality next!

    This looks great - but it would be better if you could choose the payment provider. We use Adfin and recommend Adfin to clients as Stripe charges higher fees. So at the moment we can't use the request deposit function as we are not wanting to use Stripe at all.

    Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to share this.

    We understand you’re looking for a central way to see when clients upload new documents, such as a notification or status indicator within the partner dashboard.

    Having a clearer view of new uploads could make it easier for practices to manage client tasks and follow up on outstanding items.

    We’ll continue to track feedback and interest from the community for this idea.

    Thanks for sharing this feedback in Product Ideas, Tamara. Drag & drop options into Xero Files is something our product team are looking into, however we can't make any commitment to development at this stage. I will keep you updated of any progress around this here.

    In the meantime taking on board your feedback here they are keen to get further insight of the old to new outlook experience if there are any further details you'd like to share on your experience using Outlook with Xero, here?

    While the drag & drop you're after isn't available atm, you should be able to use the Files unique email to still send your attachments from Outlook to your Xero Files inbox.

    This shouldn't even have to feature as a "product idea" - I see it as an error in the CIS add-on which is supplied at an additional monthly cost. Xero should ensure that all entity types can be verified using the CIS add-on. It's a pain having to go and use the HMRC service for partnerships and then make sure the settings in Xero are transferred over correctly....

    Another vote for this please! Seems very strange that you can't bulk select bills to add to a project - particularly in these days where most of us are creating bills via Dext or similar.
