An error occurred while saving the comment leo liu commentedWow, I am not sure why there is not much support for this one.
I really wish Xero focus more on the fundamental functions rather than cosmetic improvement.
To name a few, PO should have partial delivery and partial bill. And also, account should have internal reconciliation function. this is for prepayment reconciliation!
Instead I see cosmetic changes. To name a few, the "new invoice" looks way worse than the classic. I know some may like it but I don't. Also, some new window the new looks is nothing but enlarge the font. Really, focus on usability and function please.

Thanks for your expressions and feedback in a bulk download or print facility for Files (either from the Files library or at an individual transaction level)
We know that bulk operations can be handy, however at this time we have no plans to develop this functionality. We know it might seem like a small feat, however often even small change is more tightly woven and intricate to solve beneath the surface.
While we understand this must be frustrating to hear, we’re currently focused on making improvements in other areas of Xero and are unable to prioritise a bulk download or print feature right now.
However, in situations like these there are often connected apps through the Xero App Store that may be able to assist. We appreciate and will revise solutions that could fulfil needs in this space, but want to be honest this isn’t something we have plans for…
Yes, vote up.
I fully agree with all the above comments.
I am also seeking better ways. Currently we have separate normal and casual lines, casual line set up as 25% of base rate. I have to manually type in the qty and if they work on different site which has higher base rate than default I have to type over the rate.
Also for our casuals, being in construction industry, they get rostered day offs. I have to remember to manually add to the casual loading lines extra qty when they are on RDO otherwise we are short paying them. Before STP2 we kindly of used the leave loading option and have 2 RDOs (one for full time and one for casual) and the one for casual we entered the 25% as a leave loading. Now that loading is only available for "annual leave" type, we can no longer do that.
Surely Xero can and should look into improving functionality and make it more suer friendly rather than just ATO compliant.
