Hi team, thanks for sharing this! We can see how resizable widgets would make the Partner Hub feel more tailored to each practice. Some teams might want a big view of their Alerts, while others prefer a compact Time Summary—being able to adjust widget sizes would make the dashboard feel more like your own workspace.

Currently, fixed-size widgets can make key information feel crowded or require extra clicks to see more rows of data.

We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so our product teams can understand the demand for a more flexible dashboard. We’d love to hear from you—which widgets would you most like to expand or resize?

The quick actions widget is useful (now somebody has told me about it and explained what it is) - however, i want to be able to increase it's size. I have a long list of actions I want to use - and it neither lets me sort so the ones I use most are at the top, nor increase the box size so I can see everything without scrolling.

Hi everyone, thank you for your feedback and I do want to apologise for any confusion my update's caused. You're correct in that the responsibility outlined in my response is relevant to the concessional contribution cap. Seeing your responses today, we now appreciate that the idea here is specifically around the maximum contribution base.

I want to assure you this is something our product teams are paying close attention to and though we don't have any immediate plans we can share, we will consider this request as we continue to plan our roadmap - We encourage you to share any further details on your experiences related to managing the maximum contribution base as these will be helpful to the product team as they assess this feature.

This becomes even more critical with the advent of payday super. If the payroll incorrectly applies super over the max contribution base, it is going to have been paid before there’s a chance for it to be identified in a review of the quarter. It has the potential to cause a very expensive mistake.

Hi, the update from xero seems to miss the point. This is not about payments putting an employee over the cap, this is the "Superannuation Guarantee" only guararanteeing super up to the maximum contribution base - ie the employer does not need to pay super over this amount. It is not an employee issue - the lack of this cap can mean the employer pays more than it is legally required.
Please can somebody at Xero review what we are talking about. this is a part of super legislation.

absolutely. Such a simple thing to be missing. Two main use-cases for me:
    - reconciling expenses incurred overseas on credit card. much easier if I can see them all at one time
    - preparing AP batch where I only want to see the AUD payments.

Hi everyone, thanks for showing your interest here. We've been looking into your requests around Document packs, however want to be upfront that right now, editing sent packs is not on the immediate roadmap.

We appreciate you providing more details on the exact scenarios where being able to edit a sent pack would be most helpful. It provides a good picture of the specific problems you're facing, which will help us explore various solutions in the future.

We'll be sure to keep you updated on any progress.

Changing the email address is either due to client changing their mind about which email they want it to be sent to (usually due to link between email and Xero), but can also be a typo. The issue would be reduced if there was an ability to add email address from XPM / Xero HQ.

Adding / changing documents to a sent pack is necessary when client requests amendments - eg I use it to send engagement letters. If a client asks for a minor change my only option is to cancel the pack (sending them a notification email I don’t want to send them) and then create a new pack. I just want to adjust the documents and resend.

It feels like the driver for this is billing…. If so, charge me an extra ‘signature’ at the time I resend (I’d rather you didn’t though!) but it just makes the process painful at the moment (to the extend I’m actually now consider changing my process so documents such as engagement letters no longer use Xero doc packs.

This really is critical. Client has changed email addresses after I sent document pack - I don’t want to ‘cancel’ the pack - it will stay there as cancelled, when all I want to do is resend to the new address.
