Like other areas within Xero: allow calculations to be performed within the numeric input fields when dealing with Xero Expenses. Both Web and App.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the votes and feedback on this idea! Our product teams have definitely taken note and understand the effort involved in automatic report generation and sending.
While it's something we see as valuable in the long run, it's not currently on our development roadmap with a specific timeframe. We're still keen to hear from those of you who would find this feature helpful, so please keep the conversation and votes coming. We'll be sure to update you if our plans change.

Thanks for your continued input and contribution to this idea. We've now released an improved send experience for new invoicing, where you have a side by side view to give you full visibility of what's being sent. Encompassed in this is also the ability to CC and BCC others in the email😊.
For the time being this is limited to sending from the invoice itself and won't apply to Invoice Reminder emails. However, we are thinking ahead and will look to expand this capability in time. We'll keep you updated of any further progress of this here.

Totally agree. It could even be presented as a bank account, where transactions created in one entity appear (inverted) in the other entity ready to be reconciled, and vise versa.

Hey everyone, thanks for your feedback on having the ability to run a File Attachment report in Xero.
We know it's a bit of a manual process right now, but to confirm there are currently some places within Xero that'll help provide a view of the files attached to transactions, such as the account transactions page in the bank reconciliation screen, or the list pages like on Invoices or Bills.
Though we really appreciate you highlighting how this feature would be useful to you, we want to be transparent that we don't have any plans for building a report of this nature right now.
Though the idea has been updated to Not in pipeline it will remain open for votes. If there are any changes that change this state we'll make sure to share with you all, here.

In Xero Expenses for the Web we can click to zoom in on supporting documentation. However when we move the mouse away to input information in the right-panel, the documentation zoom resets. For long receipts it makes it difficult to read and input at the same time.
