   Hi Carol, thanks for sharing this idea and the context behind it.

   We can see how being able to apply tracking categories when processing bulk stock adjustments could help businesses maintain more consistent reporting across locations, departments, or other tracking category structures.

   I've updated the status of this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue gathering feedback and better understand how this capability could support inventory management and reporting workflows.

   Thanks for raising and supporting the idea here, community. Being open this isn't something we're looking to develop into Quotes for the time being. However, if needed you could have two branding themes, with a different Quote template: one for the quote itself, and one for a packing slip.

   You could then edit the quote, and switch the branding theme to the one you want to send out.

   Hey everyone, thanks so much for sharing all your ideas and detailed suggestions for a comprehensive Audit Trail Report.

   Through some of the comments in this discussion we wanted to highlight the Journal Report that may help with visibility of detail some are after. We've taken on board your thoughts on how this could be enhanced, like including an 'edited date' column and improving the export to Excel, however this is not in the roadmap right now.

   Being open, providing a complete audit trail of every single event and change within an organisation is not in our plans.

   That said, it’d help to gather interest in specific items you'd like to see added within the history and notes and I've shared links to a few ideas that have already been started on the platform. We welcome you to add your vote, or start a new idea for those that'd be most helpful for you.

   • User Permissions - History recorded of role changes and ability to add description
   • History & Notes | Include item for invoice Sent (Via email or E-Invoice)
   • Contacts - View all transactions history & notes from contact record
   • Document pack - History of reminders sent in Tax

   Since this idea was originally started we’ve uplifted the History and Notes to provide easier control and search of events, and we're continuously working to improve reporting and data integrity in Xero.

   Your details and insights shared here have all been fed back to our product teams and are incredibly useful as we shape our future roadmap. We appreciate you all for sharing your thoughts.
