    Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your feedback around the sync between Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Xero Blue.

    You may have heard our Xero’s practice tools are evolving into one seamless platform with Xero Partner Hub. With focus on this new hub at present we want to be open that there are no changes for the sync between Client in practice tools and Contacts in your Xero organisation.

    This maybe something we look into in the longer term but want to be open it's not in the roadmap at present.

    We'll continue to keep a close eye on the support here, and share if there's any progress.

    Have been advised by Xero that only changes to Addresses and names flow from XPM to Xero - not email addresses when this is the main way that invoices are issued from Xero. There is no current project by Xero to correct this so all data changed in XPM in the client/Contact field flows through so currently have to manually change in Xero - so much for all being under the same system!

    Hi team, we get how searching across bank accounts would be useful when looking for a specific transaction.

    While our product team have reviewed this idea, we don't have any plans for developing this capability in the short term.

    That doesn’t mean it’s off the table, and we'll continue to assess the interest from community in this as we keep planning our roadmaps.

    If things change we'll gladly share with you all here.

    In the meantime, you can use the search in Xero and filter by bank transactions. It’s not a perfect solution, but it can help in some situations.

    Thank you for your engagement with this idea, we know that some of you are interested in the ability to add appointers to the IR6 return. ATM power of appointment can’t be filed electronically, this is a restriction imposed by IRD. The information can be recorded in contacts if appropriate but it can't be used in the tax module unless IRD change their rules.
