Hi team, appreciate not exactly what's being asked here but to confirm what's available at present.
In the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss you can now show Account code through the More option. From here, use the layout editor to drag & drop accounts to the order you'd like.
Once set up deselect the option to show Account code and your ordering will remain while the codes are not shown within the report.
You can also Save as custom so you can then access this layout anytime you need.
To go deeper with the insights for our team here, it's be good to know the specific reports you're wanting to see this feature in.

Hi community, we appreciate this idea has collected a fair amount of votes and commentary. This has all been shared with, and considered by, our product team - so they have an understanding of the work that would be required for this.
We'd like to confirm that, at this stage, the automatic generation and sending of reports is not something we have plans to develop in the near term. We are still interested to get a clearer understanding of demand for this feature, and we'll continue to track this through the conversation and votes on this idea. If there's any change we will let you know!

Hi everyone, we're pleased to share an update for attaching files to Fixed Assets as we near the cusp of the year! We have just started rolling out this capability to users. 😊
While this'll slowly be released to all organisations using new Fixed Assets over the next few weeks, see a peek of what this looks like below - Once available, you'll find the 'Attach files' button at the top right when editing an individual asset. You can either select to Upload files from your device or files library, or simply drag & drop files to the upload modal.
I'll be back to confirm when it's out to all organisations with our new Fixed Assets experience.

An error occurred while saving the comment Arna H commentedSo far setting up the budget in Xero has taken me far far too long, i should have been able to complete this in a couple hours, rather than it taking me days to set up as I'm having to go load each department, then checking each, against the full company. We should be able to upload one file, with each account, and each tracking account, and then report on it. Please fix.
this was only raised TEN YEARS ago.

As a non practice accountant I would like to get access to reports that practice accounts use, and the ability to add any report.
