    This would be extremely useful, especially if it was clever enough to work out day 1-3 is unpaid and day 4 onwards is SSP. This is what other payroll software I use is capable of doing.

    At the moment, we have to use a workaround by logging unpaid sick leave for the first 3 days. Though we often don't know if the sick leave will extend beyond the 3 days in which case the unpaid leave we have logged then needs to be deleted.
