Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your feedback around the sync between Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Xero Blue.
You may have heard our Xero’s practice tools are evolving into one seamless platform with Xero Partner Hub. With focus on this new hub at present we want to be open that there are no changes for the sync between Client in practice tools and Contacts in your Xero organisation.
This maybe something we look into in the longer term but want to be open it's not in the roadmap at present.
We'll continue to keep a close eye on the support here, and share if there's any progress.

All individual clients should automatically be added as a contact and linked. If you change the detail of the individuals details the contact should also change.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

Hi,
I would also like the status changes per job to be logged to show who changed what and when on the state tab of the job under notes.

Can all individuals also be automatically created as a contact, so that a contact does not have to be duplicated, and the individual can then be used, with their contact details only needing to be updated in one place?
