    Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.

    I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.

    I'll share more news here as this gets closer to release.

    I initially flagged this issue in the Beta forum in SEPTEMBER 2025 whilst our Practice was part of the Beta test group. Xero has been aware of this issue for almost 6 months. Our Practice has been without this integral feature for the same amount of time. Do better Xero.

    In the previous version of XPM, when updating a group member’s contact details (e.g. address), we had the option via a preview screen to confirm which fields to update and to whom else the update may apply to within that group. This functionality appears to be missing in the current Beta version.

    This feature made updating details across a client group more efficient.

    I agree. This has created more work, caused confusion and increases the risk of mistakes being made.

    I will be raising a case with Xero Support to have this feature disable for our practice.

    Thanks for feeding back on the Client search, Carey. The way that search works for the new client list experience is a little different to the older experience, and partial matching is not a feature with this new search.

    While it's not in our roadmap atm, our team are keen to stay close the support this idea receives and will consider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates here.

    Hi Megan, thanks for your feedback on the new Partner Hub experience when entering client addresses. Your input is valuable to and appreciated. We have moved this idea to Gaining Support and the Product team will be looking over all the feedback from our customers/partners so they can get a better idea of the experience and functionality of the new platform.     Hi everyone, thank you for your support on the idea here.

    Right now, our product team are looking into the ability to search via TFN from the Client list.

    They're in exploration atm, so I'll keep you updated on further progress here.
