Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

Thanks for the continued support of this idea, and providing added detail on why seeing age at a glance would be helpful in your workflows.
We've looked into possible solutions to accommodate the needs here, however there's some work that'd need to be done to achieve this. With current focus on Xero Partner Hub release this isn't a feature that we've planned at this time. However, we'll continue to reassess and consider this in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

Hi Megan, thanks for your feedback on the new Partner Hub experience when entering client addresses. Your input is valuable to and appreciated. We have moved this idea to Gaining Support and the Product team will be looking over all the feedback from our customers/partners so they can get a better idea of the experience and functionality of the new platform. Appreciate how constantly seeing these headers could be useful when dealing with large lists, Angela.
While not a direct solve of what you're asking here a tip to help you quickly navigate back up the page could be to use the 'Home' button on your keyboard.
We'll track the interest of this one here and I'll share if there are any updates planned.

Hi everyone, upon further deep diving into the discussion raised here we are going to re-open this idea. We appreciate how being able to see both active and archived Jobs within a Client is useful to some practices workflows. We're interested to understand the interest in being able to add multiple emails to a clients record, for the purposes of setting these up for different purposes.
It would be great to hear more detailed feedback from our partners on the particular purposes you'd want to set up emails for and how this would help you through Xero's practice tools. Thanks!

We use fusesign for digital signatures, which requires a different email address for each signee

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on this. We appreciate you sharing how the number indicators for Tax Returns and Notes helped streamline your workflow in XPM.

In the old xero version, when you clicked on a client you could see a number next to "tax returns" for that entity. Now you have to click on the group to view, then click on Tax Returns to see who as an active tax return/activity statement.
It would be helpful, that when you open a client, you can see if there are any active returns without having to click on "Tax Return"
The new top toolbar, shows Active Jobs, but need it to show active Tax Returns.

How on earth could this have been an Intentional Change??? And to then comment that you are monitoring feedback and considering improvements. How can this be considered an improvement, when it was an existing feature that you intentionally removed.
