  1. On the Dashboard can Awaiting Payment, Display Current Month and Future as Two Separate Lines. At first glance we want to see what is happening this month, for example are the Receivables greater than Payables this month. Currently the Totals include all future Receivables and Payables. This is difficult especially when Directors are viewing via Mobile, although it's still a problem via PC.

  2. Work and Income deduction as a reducing balance under statutory deduction. Work and Income have provided a total amount and a weekly amount to be paid there needs to be a function added to provide the reducing balance, this function is available in other statutory deductions.

  3. When emailing a sales invoice which has a credit note applied, the basic email template text should quote the amount owed MINUS the amount of the credit note. The email is incorrect with regard to the amount owed, and customers often erroneously overpay.

  4. Mobile/ipad bank reconciliation

    Request to show in the suggested green match it is 1 of many if more than 1 matching invoice (as it does in desktop)

    Else payments can be matched to incorrect same value invoices - what a headache to fix later..

    AND

    … find and match can only search by name or invoice number -

    Please add to search by invoice amount (as this will help with when there are multiples to choose the correct one)

  6. For the 'approve and pay' user the remittance function is limited. They should have the functionality to send remittances on a batch payment and also be able to access the remittance button at a later date. An admin member of staff needs access to the full remittance capability in order to complete their duties fully.

  7. New bills screen - bugs/design that need to be fixed:
    - when filtering the currency column disappears
    - the planned date font size is smaller than the due date font size meaning I can't zoom the screen
    - the from column isn't wide enough so most suppliers' names are wrapping, meaning each transaction takes up 2 lines and results in fewer transactions on one screen and more scrolling, whereas there is wasted space between the planned date, paid and due date columns which could be made narrower

It would be great to be able to split a supplier invoice down into instalments. ie, I receive an invoice for $1200 dated 01/01/2025 which is to be paid over 12 monthly instalments of $100 on the 15th of each month, I would like the due date to reflect this, so that when running cashflow the $100 shows as due on the 15th of each month.

  9. I have a client that sometimes has 20+ inventory items on a bill, with similar description, but sizes different. They enter bill in a logical sequential order, but when you add them to the invoice, all to same invoice, its not split between different customers, the items are in a different order with no order, not even items code. IT frustrating client in the process to reorder the items it taking much longer

  11. i would like to that when you have made a superannuation payment through Xero, that it creates a bill, with a screen shot or a list of employees that has been paid. will make it easier for when you have an audit.

  12. It would help if the list of emplyees were sorted in alphabet order, by Surname. Also, a BACS report that just shows the employee, amount to be paid, and the total at the bottom.

  14. Currently when you filter all project reports by a date range it pulls the report based on when you assigned the invoice/expense to a project. Please update the report to pull by the invoice/bill date similarly to all other reports in Xero. This is crucial so you can compare your project reports to all other financial statements to confirm accuracy.

  15. It would be great to have an option to run a sales report by item which includes draft invoices, delivery dockets, and purchase orders as well.

    For example, I tried to run a sales report on qty of each product sold for the financial year to date and realised this information was inaccurate as we had sold a significant qty as draft invoices (using draft invoicing in lieu of delivery docket functionality), these products were not included in the sales report.

  16. AI automated Supplier Statement Reconciliation! To allow business to match the invoices in their bills to pay with the invoices shown on their suppliers statements to ensure none are missing and everyone is paid on time without delays. We are currently looking to outsource to external parties not related to xero to do this so it is possible to implement. But to have it centralised and available within xero would be great. By automating this process allows for focus towards other accounting and business aspects.

  18. Can you please add a filter to the payments page so we can filter them to show just the incoming payments. It would make it a lot easier to reconcile the payments if we don't have to scroll through all the outgoing payments as well.

  20. The new invoicing doesn`t transfer the "Reference" field information to the email area and I have to retype this every time. The previous version just transferred it all. Now this means more work, having to input the reference three times in the process
    Also there is no confirmation anywhere that the files I attach are being sent. If you PREVIEW it does not show the files anywhere ?
