  2. On the invoice template there is a lot of 'white space', particularly to the right of the Product Description, which frequently wraps to a second line. The Product Item code also wraps to a second line on occasions. The Quantity, Unit Price, Discount and VAT columns could be reduced in width to allow for the increase in Item and Description fields.

  5. Draft Bills - BULK add Due date when bulk approving.
    - need to use when creating RCTI's from purchase orders. We have the option to bulk move from Purchase order to Draft Bill, but then must open each one individually to apply the due date so that they can then be approved.

    Another alternative is to add a 'due date' field on the screen when choosing to transfer the Purchase Orders to the Draft Bill page

  6. We did have purchase order in bulk of goods or service and supplier will sent us by few time of delivery goods or service. And it happen to Quote to sales invoice too. There is no possible to show percentage of PO/quote balance after partial convert only, So we have a problem to control how much/how much of percentage of work amount we havent invoice from Quote and how much/how much of percentage of work amount havent received goods and service from supplier from PO.

  8. When a bill is generated through Email-to-Bill the bill history only says System Generated and 'Received through Email-to-Bill'
    It would be much more valuable to see the sender's email here (e.g. 'Received through Email-to-Bill from ***@gmail.com') in case a follow-up is needed

  10. My client has started using Projects which I'm finding not easy to use.

    We would like to assign bills directs to projects in Hubdoc.

    I also want to be able to give my client a list of bills that haven't been assigned. I can see this in bills to pay but its not printable/ exportable and there is no report that will give me this information.

    I would also like to include direct spends from bank feed instead of having to create a bill just so we can see its not assigned

  12. Sales Tax lines in Suppliers bills - CAD
    When a bill is posted as draft, Xero displays the sales tax based on the percentage of the tax and not the tax type/name. This makes it harder to review and compare and confirm with the supplier's invoice which always displays the federal tax (GST) and provincial tax (PST) in separate lines. It is even more problematic when there are more than one taxable portion in the same invoice (a portion GST and another portion GST/PST). It would be great to show the tax type in the draft mode too.

  13. When changing the year end for a client, it would be nice if previous year's could be locked in dates, fixed assets, etc.
    Once the year end is changed, it seems to amend the dates for the previous year in all reports too, if (for example) the new year end means the current "year" runs to 13+ months (such as when the year end is extended): it's hard to get the comparative period in any popular reports to show the previous year as it was filed.

  15. Report for "Account Transactions" should only produce one line per transaction.

    Currently, the report splits off a separate line for the PST component of each transaction, adding "- PST" in the description and to the contact name, and pulls the PST amount out of "Gross".

    I need an account transaction report that includes GST, PST and the unit price in "gross" on a single line per transaction. These gross values will match the bank statement, and have the description/reference/contact and the account(s) the transaction was coded to.

  16. It would be great if there was an option to automatically attach the supplier source invoices to the batch payment summary report.

    For example, where an SME has an in-house accounts person raise the batch payment for approval, you would have the option to not just download the batch summary report but include the attached files as well (i.e. the supplier invoices).

    Currently you have to down load the batch payment summary and attach the invoices separately. Whilst accounting practices may have document manager packages that can do this for them, SME owners may not and this feature would be…

It would be super useful to add the xero organisation name to the subject line of emails sent from recipients of online invoices so firms with multiple xero organisations can see straight away, which xero organisation the contact belongs too, when they submit an email query via their online invoice link.

  19. When bulk importing invoices, I want everything to have the same item code and description.

    BUT when they import, the item description does not pull through.

    And the item code needs reclicking to make it pull through.

    Therefore, you have to go into every invoice individually.

    It should be updated so that when you import invoices, everything pulls through correctly.
