Yes, we need to be able to send POs to a sales emails at with our suppliers, and then the remittance advices to the accounts emails/departments. Our suppliers have requested this of us, and we have to remember which one to manually remove when sending these emails.

I'm a relatively new user to Xero and am very surprised that the option to send tax invoices and statements to different email addresses is not available. Please can this fix be given priority. It's not efficient for us to have to manually change email addresses each month and there's always the risk of human error.

Agree with all of these comments. We need the ability to change the destination email address easily.
I have a large customer who require invoices to be sent to different email addresses (different departments within their finance group) depending on what the invoice is for. A drop down list would be perfect and minimize typing mistakes.

We have a company that is a supplier and also a customer. They have requested a different email address for their remittance advice but if I change this then their invoices go to the wrong address. It would be ideal if different email addresses could be loaded for a supplier and a customer when they are the same company.

This function is critical. Many of our business customers want invoices going to their accounts department instead of back to the original contact that has nothing to do with accounts.

Essential. It's like Xero expects only x1 user to be sending every single document from Xero and to know which email each document should go to....Surely a PO shouldn't be going to someones email that doesn't handle PO's from our company. Most companies have many different users doing many different documents and sending just as many emails. Makes no sense.

This is absolutely essential to me. Some of our customers will not pay unless we send invoices and statements to the correct (separate) email addresses. It's most annoying having to go through every invoice and statement to make sure they are going to the correct email address.

This is a critical feature! We have many suppliers who require invoices and statements to be sent to separate email addresses. It is a hassle to remember this every time we send a statement email. Xero, you claim to be user-friendly and a modern platform; please move forward, not backward, as you have done with your recent so-called "updates."

It has been almost a year and as we all know by now, Xero never listen, therefore this request will be here 10 years from now.

The ability to be able to send invoices to accounts payable and remittances to accounts receivable along with purchase orders to an order email is a basic requirement for most businesses. Including this would remove a lot of manual intervention.

This is one of those clumsy Xero functionalities that desperately needs improving. Virtually all our customers have a a separate email for invoices from the one for accounts (i.e. where statements are sent). Yet, Xero has only one default email address, automatically used for both purposes. Just please sort this out!

This would be amazing! Often the quote & invoice needs to be sent to the job manager but only the accounts manager requires the statement (and/or invoice). This should definitely be an available feature!!

Lots of other accounting softwares have this function already, Xero pick up your game! this is an easy request, baffles me why it hasnt been done yet.
