AU Payroll - Historical Payslip Report (bulk download)
Create a report to show all payslips for an employee for a given time period. Currently these have to be downloaded one by one.

Hey everyone 👋thanks so much for your ongoing feedback and commitment to supporting this idea.
We understand the need for a straightforward process to download all payslips at once, particularly for WorkCover claims or employee requests where multiple payslips are required. We’re excited to let you know that our product team is now actively working on a solution to allow bulk downloading of payslips.
In the meantime, you can use the Payroll Activity Details report to get a detailed breakdown of each payslip. It's also worth noting that employees can access and download their own payslips directly through the Xero Me portal.
We'll keep you updated on our progress right here. 🙂

Xero is leaving it to other providers to produce add-on apps, at extra cost to the subscriber. I have found this with several recent issues I have come across.

The original thread on the old forum was started approx. 2015-2017. It had 173 votes and 111 replies. The most recent status was 'Under Consideration', however the most recent Xero response was in Jan 2021, where they said "...there's no plans in the foreseeable future... that's not to say it will never happen, it's just not in the scope of work currently."
After so many years, I have a feeling it will never happen 😐

what happened to the original idea & thread that has been running for several years & had a lot more votes??? at least this new one seems to have dates so we can see how long it's been running. It costs TIME & MONEY to download 52 payslips for a workers comp claim, not to mention for every apprenticeship payment claim. this should be Xero's NO 1 PRIORITY as it was obviously overlooked during the original development phase. even MYOB does it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

I would add, that this report should be one line item for each payrun in columns. A very easy report that will fulfill govt detail requirements, with total at the bottom of each column (detail).

This is one of the very critical requirements. We shifted from MYOB to XERO and figured out it is a step backward. This needs to be addressed on priority.

MYOB has this. And I haven't used MYOB for more than 7 years... hopefully Xero can catch up soon.

Agreed this is very annoying. There are many occasions when employers need to download and/or print multiple payslips for one employee. It is very tedious doing this one at a time at the moment. I believe every payroll user would find this helpful.

I need this every 3 months for apprentice subsidy payments and workers comp claims so frustrating having to download each one separately ☹️

downloading multiple payslips is a fundamental feature all accounting platforms must have for various reasons including taxation, employee loan applications, government small business incentive programs, employee termination or resignations and so on. i searched for the two previous ideas on downloading multiple payslips in 1 process but the ideas have been removed without the corrective action being done to the system.
