AU Payroll - Historical Payslip Report (bulk download)

Create a report to show all payslips for an employee for a given time period. Currently these have to be downloaded one by one.

Hey everyone 👋thanks so much for your ongoing feedback and commitment to supporting this idea.

We understand the need for a straightforward process to download all payslips at once, particularly for WorkCover claims or employee requests where multiple payslips are required. We’re excited to let you know that our product team is now actively working on a solution to allow bulk downloading of payslips.

In the meantime, you can use the Payroll Activity Details report to get a detailed breakdown of each payslip. It's also worth noting that employees can access and download their own payslips directly through the Xero Me portal.

We'll keep you updated on our progress right here. 🙂

    Completely agree, I posted about this some time ago and I can't believe there has been no response from Xero whatsoever. I am in the process of setting up a new entity and seriously considering a move back to MYOB. MYOB have made some serious updates over the last few years and it just seems that Xero is doing very little.

    I have recently had to download individual payslips for every employee, both current and leavers over a 3 year period for a Government department - wasting hours of my time!! This function needs to be added

    As a previous user of MYOB, not having this feature with Xero is disappointing and time consuming to my business.

    Please add this Xero - This is a necessity for so many small businesses. A common requirement for Workers Comp claims and Apprenticeship claims.

    ARROW also offers the same report..

    both Arrow and MYOB offer this option as one of their BASIC reports.

    Come on Xero...

    Poor show XERO. so many people requesting this function and probably 10 times more than follow this site. This reporting requested effects employers Australia wide and it seems you just ignore it. How many more years before your programmers can create this very simple report. …. Perhaps you could give us access to write our own reports ??🤔

    Alternatively or AND a report similar to the Payroll summary report but listing individual pay runs per person. Report requires a Letterhead from Company and ABN.

    With 7+ apprentices, every quarter this information is required to be provided to various departments for payment of incentives. To download the information required is time consuming with a weekly payrun.
