Petition for Xero Executives Regarding Alleged "Improvements"
I encourage Xero Subscribers and other customers to start commenting and upvoting so we can show the Executives that these "improvements" are NOT improvements!
So, if you have had problems with any of the alleged improvements, some I have listed below, they include any sub issues associated with the changes.
Please add only "I agree" in comments. This will help our overall numbers into a louder and bigger voice.

- Retiring of classic invoice layout
- Xero Support Staff Gaslighting you
Unfortunately, there are so many ideas and comments that I cant list them all, but there is slightly different wording and multiple threads, that Xero staff either close or merge, and muddy the issue actually diluting the bigger problem, that customers are not being consulted, nor are we being heard.
Stop treating us like "users" - we are your customers.
Hi community, I’d like to share the new Xero Central page for new invoicing that we noted was coming.
Along with updates to individual ideas on the site here, this page will become the one source for key feature rollouts including:
- what’s available in new invoicing right now,
- timelines for features and enhancements going live in new invoicing, as well as
- a comparison table between the classic and newer versions of invoicing.
We'll be updating this page regularly.
Remember, you can keep switching between the two products between now and September. Thanks

I agree! I hate the look of the new invoice template, it's so messy. Please keep the classic invoicing!

This has to be the worst update ever! It's not as functional as the old one and I have to keep going back to the old one as it's a lot quicker than mucking around trying to find things on the new one. Had a friend ring me in despair and the fright she got from seeing the new invoicing. Had to team view with her and explained how to get back to the classic and before November I will have to go up country to teach her how to navigate the new invoicing.

The new invoice system is a step backwards in user experience and capabilities. Xero, it is time to actually listen to your customers and their needs, as currently you are failing them.

I agree. My client couldn't send an invoice yesterday. We contacted support and was advised to switch back to classic invoicing as it was a 'known issue'. My client was frustrated at the time lost.

Xero claim these are improvements, to who exactly? The new invoicing is not suitable for anyone, it has to be one of the worst so called improvements to date! -

The new invoicing is terrible. I look like a fool in front of my clients when I have difficulty navigating the invoices. You need to fix this rubbish

New invoicing still rubbish.....you can't fix it, just replace it with Old Invoicing layout and processes.....all this will stop.

NEW INVOICING IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Takes so much more time to do our jobs - make the fields (eg Date) able to be typed - we don't use mouse all the time!!!!!!! -

Agree! The last so-called improvements from Xero feel like downgrades. :( I hate the New Invoicing! It is a big problem! And I do not like all these new look improvements! Why does Xero spend money on how things look? If there is a necessity to change some background platforms, etc., just move what already exists and add some new features (not delete what exists)! Why make changes that no one asked for—just for the sake of changes? I never thought that I'd be disappointed in Xero, but here we are now. :(

Upgrade customers requests is more necessary than making things pretty and upgrading how things look, we want productive not pretty as business owners

I think Quickbooks are listening to what customers need and taking action. I moved to xero becuase of many recomendations but are now moving back. I lost track of so many items I needed to invoice and times on projects

I am now in the process of moving back to Quickbooks, projects are far more advanced than Xero and pruchase orders link with bills, Purchase orders show in projects and I don't have to reenter information again and again. Quotes allow a % to be invoiced and you can still see the balance still to be invoiced. and they have a 24/7 chat or phone help, not this send a case and we will reply sometime within the next 3 to 12 hours then ask you what you have already told them then back an froth like this for days.
