  1. Allow the contact's account number <ContactAccountNumber> to be included on Branding Theme invoices (and other documents).

    The <ContactAccountNumber> is allowed to be included on system default invoices.

  3. Please allow the ability to add individual project P&L information to the web and mobile dashboard.

    We have project managers who look after specific projects that need to be tracked monthly/quarterly. The ability to save specific project information onto the dashboard would allow PM's to view this information at a quick glance

    I'm not talking about adding a favourite P&L report which has to be accessed via the drop down menu, I'm talking about being able to view multiple projects on the dashboard. I think expanding into project management would be helpful (without having the Projects tab)

Xero Bank Feed connections: Would it be possible to connect payment services for Stripe to more than two bank accounts, I can currently setup GBP (primary currency) and USD but can't setup for EUR or CAD. Our Stripe payments are collected in the currency and paid out to our bank accounts in these currencies but the payment service settings will only allow these two currencies to connect to the GBP payments which mean a manual process to transfer between accounts in Xero and ''mark as reconciled'' . The USD payments work great so it would be good to be able…

  5. Unallocated leave. The only leave an employee should be allowed to create is leave that has been allocated to them. Unpaid leave if it has been created is automatically an option for all employees despite them not having it allocated to them. And thus the employees choose that leave which also requires no approval, which should also be a thing, why can employees automatically give themself unpaid leave without manager approval? So 2 changes above that I'd like implemented

  6. There is a new completely unnecessary and annoying column named "View" in the Bills reports. I can switch it off each time I open that report, but I would like to reset the default so it doesn't come up ever. To view a bill all I have to do is click into it, so the extra visual of the EYE is just very irritating. It isn't an issue with the Invoices.

  8. Currently, when you connect your Xero login to myIR, Xero automatically files the pay run with the IRD as soon as it is posted. Unfortunately, there is no option to opt out of this automatic filing without disconnecting from myIR entirely.

    It would be much more flexible if posting and filing could be done as separate steps. While it's possible to have another user who isn't connected to myIR handle this, small businesses often rely on a single person to manage the entire payroll process.

    We would prefer to post the pay run, send payslips, complete banking, and then submit…

  10. Currently after adding a payment, the page goes to the Sales Overview - Invoices. It would be good if (possibly just as an option) it returned to the actual invoice I was adding a payment to.

  11. As a charity funded entirely by donation we receive the majority of funds via online bank receipts. Because the bank receipt is standard, I currently manually create a receipt for our donors in word which I can attach to the bank receipt transaction and email to the donor. This is very time-consuming and I think it would be a very easy fix to allow customisation as with invoices

  12. Ability to enter a PAID Break - This would be particularly helpful in Contruction industry, where most awards provide employees with a paid tea break on OT & Weekend work. This would mean employers will meet their obligations for Start/Finish Times as well as break times.

  13. Hi,

    I would like to suggest a small but valuable improvement to the Projects section in Xero. Currently, in the "Quotes & Invoices" tab within a project, only the invoice number is displayed, which is useful for tracking. However, for many businesses, including ours, it would be incredibly helpful if both the invoice number and the reference field could be shown simultaneously in the project’s invoice summary view.

    This improvement would enhance visibility and make it easier to track project-specific details without losing sight of important invoice numbers.

  14. Customer statement - with a customised due date option.

    The option to be able to email customer statements directly from Xero with a customised due date. Eg. Selecting email customer statements to 30th June and only invoices that are due up to the 30th June are generated and emailed (rather than everything that is invoiced on their customer card which in our case could be up to 12 months in advance).

  15. Currently when creating batch payment files, multiple bills to the same payee are combined into a single line with only one set of bank payment details (although they appear separate on the batch payment screen in Xero).

    Sometimes different bank reference details are needed for each payment, and sending the details in a remittance advice is inappropriate - it would be helpful if the lines could remain separate rather than combined so that unique bank reference details could be added against each line for the same payee

Under classic invoicing I can share invoices across the Xero network between Xero entities from different countries (in my case, Australian company invoicing a USA company) Why can't this feature be available under the new invoice format (I don't see what eInvoicing actually has to do with it)

    First time I've seen Xero take a major step backwards (I now have to spend more time doing the same job... well done folks)

  17. Invoice and bill due dates to default to issue date.

    As above. Basically when you enter the initial date of an invoice or a bill, the due date defaults to the date you have entered. This will save additional data entry if your dates are the same.

    In the case of a franchise where Remits are sent via a supporting booking software, the invoice/bill due date is always the same as the issue date.

    Please default the due date to the invoice date once selected. but still obviously give the option to change the due date to a user specified…

  18. Our business is growing, and now we employ over 60 employees. Is it possible to have more than 50 employees listed on one page for payroll processing?
    It looks like '50' is the maximum of line items in the drop-down menue, and I have to go the the second page in order to approve all employees for the payroll.

  20. we should be able to do a csv bulk upload for receiving payments on invoices. the filed highlighted in yellow should be in a csv file, other fields such as invoice number or ref can be added. we do bulk upload and the invoice automatically updates with the payments.
