Customer Statements - Add a Pay Now link

Ability to add a Pay Now link to statements so customers can pay all outstanding bills via the statement they receive.

Purpose: To make it easier for customers to view and pay their outstanding bills and make a bulk payment for all at once.

Hi team, appreciate wanting to hear news from us here and apologies we've not checked back in sooner. Our product team have done initial work to understand the work involved in enabling your customers to pay you through Customer Statements. This is a priority for them and we have plans to develop this capability, however they need to balance this work with other key priorities. While we'll leave the idea Under review for the time being, as soon as there's an update we'll share this all with you, here.

    We need this option we have so many clients that would like this option on the statement to pay via credit card and not via bank details, if this could be looked at as an option to add it would make it so useful

    We would like the statement to list invoice numbers and the client can select the ones they are wishing to pay in one lump sum. They will then see any outstanding balance & invoices.
    This feature should be introduced.

    We use Thoroughbred payments for a lot of our clients and while we can include the payment link on their invoices, we also send out statements.

    Not having the ability to do this on the statements seems very backward to me. Surely it's a simple fix to be able to add this ability to statement templates.

    Xero have an awesome plug in feature for Invoices, but to be honest 99% of customers pay on statements not invoices. By excluding the pay now feature for statements is madness and not user friendly. Please include this plug in feature urgently

    This would be great if Xero could get this feature organised. We have many customers who order several invoices throughout the month so a link on the statement would be very helpful.

    We currently create draft invoices and then manually merge them prior to sending them out at the end of the month. A huge waste of time.

    Please enable 'pay now' on statements!

    I also agree with all the comments. A monthly statement provides additional opportunity for customer to pay in full if there were the invoice toggle to select. Xero, please add the pay now feature to the statements so your customer's can see an improvement to A/R churn!

    This feature would be so helpful to customers who pay on statement that have multiple invoices throughout the month.

    Please fix your system so that the integrated payment software can allocate a "pay now" link to your statements. Your statement system seems to be only geared towards business' that work on an invoice by invoice payment system whereas 90% of business' work on an end of month accumulated payment system. Our clients are not going to want to open every invoice and pay them one by one. Some people have up to 10 invoices per month. How many people have to ask for this option before you correct it? The request below go back 1 year.

    This seems really obvious. We send out statements to clients with three or 4 invoices on and they have to then find the invoice to pay them individually. Please add a pay link to the statement for bulk payments.

    Some of our customers pay on statement so it would be good if we could have a pay link on the statements for them to pay the full statement value and Xero allocate it against all the invoices on that statement.

    Agree with all the comments, we have clients wanting to pay from their statement in full, please add the pay now feature to the statements
