Enable custom fields in FuseDocs integration
It would be great if the FuseDocs API included the ability to pull through custom field data, so that we can use this to drive custom compilations in FuseDocs (i.e. Engagement Letter).

Practice Manager - add Job Manager and Partner fields to the Invoice Report
In the XPM report builder, when a firm is working as a team based client and each team composed of several staff. It would be beneficial to have the option to include additional fields of the job manager and partner in the invoice report. Currently, we are only able to select the manager and partner at the client level.
If this feature were added, it would enable the accurate generation of reports for each staff member who completes a job and track better if each staff has a KPI of a particular budget that he/she needs to reach each month.

Practice Manager - Bulk Data Updates
It would be great if we could bulk update data (default fields and custom fields) and have options on how we want to update the data.
For example, if we want to update the 'Manager' field, we could choose to base this on the group or client, and:
- Update all groups/clients to John; or
- Update all groups/clients that are currently Sam to John, and have a check box to untick any groups/clients that are to be excluded; or

Reports - Customise Annual Reports
The ability to customer the Totals line of the Annual Reports so that they have the top line and Bottom Double line along with the figures having a $ sign. It doesn't right to just have the figure without the finishing touches.

Practice Manager - Regular syncing of "Clients" to Xero Blue "Contacts"
The current sync of "clients" from XPM to "contacts" of the practice Xero Blue file only updates when an invoice is sent across.
Surely this could be made into an immediate sync, or at the very least an overnight sync?
Given XPM doesn't integrate with a whole lot of software and doesn't integrate with Zapier, many add-ons practices use are linked with the Xero Blue file and require that data to be accurate. - There is a two way sync of your clients between Practice Manager and your practice Xero organisation Contacts
- The sync between XPM and your practice Xero organisation contacts is different - we’ve explained this more below

- Client will sync with your organisation’s Contacts depending on your Xero connection setup - more on Xero Central

Ability to convert an Adhoc job to a normal job
In the new job manager Adhoc jobs no longer appear in the all jobs list.
As part of our Adhoc time review we would turn an Adhoc job into a regular job by changing the name, adding a budget, updating date etc. We have just done this for 50 jobs but they don't appear in the all jobs list.
There needs to be a way to turn an adhoc job into a regular job. Creating a new job and moving time is an unnecessary step when an adhoc job appearance doesn't look any different to a regular job.

Disbursements - Allow disbursements payments to be processed against clients accounts
Ability to allocate disbursements against a client - rather than a job.
Where small costs (postage/courier, ASIC fees, software fees) are paid on behalf of a client, we shouldn't have to set-up a job just for these minor items - which will then sit as an open job for months until we bill the client next.

Reporting - Financial Statement / Mapping Report
Will there be something developed (in the works) on sharing the mapping report with clients, so they know which codes are lumped together in the P&L and Balance Sheet? This seems to be a common inefficiency where they ask the question and we have to break down each code and manually provide the info, as they don't have access to our reporting templates / edit layout function. Xero Tax(AU) - Edit cover letter
Hopefully there will be an editable field / automatic tick box in the Cover Letter for the Tax Returns where the Trustee for the Trust is a Company (Corporate Trustee) where we can put the name/s of the client in the Salutation and not the Corporate Trustee. Our tax returns would show "Dear Company Name" which sounds / looks wrong instead of "Dear Individual Name"

Projects - Assign multiple tasks to employees
In the last week the ability to add multiple tasks to new employees has been taken away, you can still add all jobs but without the ability to add all tasks or some as well that feature is now useless.
please can you tell me why this has been removed and bring it back asap. I have staff unable to complete time sheets at the moment.

XPM | AU Tax - Automatically email lodgment confirmation to clients
I'd love to have the ability to get XPM to email clients once their returns are lodged to confirmed it has been done. So many clients ask for confirmation and emailing each one takes time, a simple email from xero would be great.

Xero Practice Manager - Bulk unlock or lock of timesheets
We have a large volume of staff (over 50) so being able to submit timesheets which come across from FYI after we have completed our pay runs in bulk would be ideal.
In the same vein, being able to bulk update timesheet lines which may contain the same error would also be handy.

leads - Existing activities to auto allocate to owner
When we set up a new lead and allocate it to an owner, the activities should auto allocate to the owner, instead it is setting to the responsibility of the admin person setting up the lead resulting in additional time taken to reallocate each of the the activities causing unnessary time consumption

XPM - Include task start and due dates in job imports.
As XPM integrates with FYI workflow, and you can toggle between viewing a workflow by jobs or by task, it would be a massive help if when importing annual compliance job templates with pre-defined tasks, you can define the task start and due date as part of the import and not have to individually go through and update these once the jobs have deployed.

AU Tax | Company Return - Pull Client ABN, ARBN Field
When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR19 votes
