  2. If you send an email from the XPM Job it automatically adds the details as per the "name" field of the job as the subject in the email.

    Please add the name of the client after the insertion of the "job name" field of the job in the subject.
    If I do have a client with multiple entities, it can be confusing for the client as he does not know for which entity the mail is - he only sees the job number and the job description. If you look in history of your mails you can then also search…

  3. Please add an option in collaboration to show active only or ALL jobs.

    We sometimes receive mails after the job was completed(or billed) but then we must open the job to allocate any mails received.

  4. We would love a client report showing the Industry as it is in the Xero Organisation Settings.

    Currently the report gives the Main Industry classification but not the Sub Category.

    For Example the HQ report would show a company industry is Construction but actually the company provides Electrical Services and there is no report to get this detail of all the clients.

  5. Report codes that are in the For Review category need a button so after changing the ones that need changing the rest can be marked as reviewed. Currently it looks like you have to click into each one to review it and no-one is going to have time do that when you can see most of them dont need changing.

    Its always an extra click to view all the report codes as Xero defaults you the the codes that are For Review. If they have all been reviewed we wouldnt have to do an extra click each time we want…

  7. When using Tracking Categories on the balance sheet, we should be able to assign specific bank accounts to specific columns (or tracking categories). it would just be a feature where the balance "as of date" just displays in the column, regardless of all the prior transactions.

    Additionally, when paying loans, if a tracking category is assigned for balance sheet tracking purposes using columns, the Bank Balance that is transferred to the note becomes a Liability on the balance sheet.   10. It would be useful if Xero could show when a subcontractor is verified with HMRC, due to the two year verification rule.

    If the date of verification could be shown on a report that would be great, then it would be easy to identify if a re-verification is required.

  12. We have the issue where the client has connected to the ATO but now can't prepare/lodge early unless they break the connection and go back to manual reports. Feels like the 'new' version is a backward step. Ideally, if the return is present on the ATO portal then it should be available to prepare early even if not yet due.

  13. When running multipage Profit and Loss Accounts you can manage date by default which makes sure that each page is covering the same period.
    When running the same report on a month by month summary it would be helpful if we could also have a manage 'Compare with' butoon instead of having to go into each p & l separately and remember to update each page.
    The number of times I have forgotten to update the page and save the report before closing I hesitate to count.

  14. It would be extremely useful if the Account Transactions download included the description that is entered into the invoice posting. Currently the download description is simply the contact name plus the transaction type. Also please can the download also include Quantity. It isn't easy to produce a report that shows sales in a particular unit of measure which covers all transaction types. For example the Receivable Invoice Detail report does show quantities, but this does not include Receive Money transactions (where a sales invoice has not been posted)

  16. Naturally, when emailing in invoices and receipts, we end up with extraneous items in the Docs Pane on the left hand side. To delete these, we currently only have a small 'delete' button in the far top right corner, followed by a confirmation message in the centre of the screen.

    It'd be great if the UI was updated to have either:
    - a delete button closer to the Docs Pane on the left hand side
    - some right click functionality, to allow us to delete documents
    - some keyboard shortcuts to allow us to process these items much quicker
