Would be great for team members to be able to enter timesheet credits for flexitime hours over their standard daily hours, without having to enable the Financial privileges option in Staff settings (as this then provides visibility to all timesheets, ability to lock/unlock timesheets, ability to enter time for other team members, along with various practice financial report features etc).

  2. I have two situations where the billing in the financial part of the system was being charged by staff rate instead of by task rate. I am not sure why this occurred - possibly human error. So I created new jobs and tried to move the paid progress invoices to the new jobs but it isn't possible. Is there any way that we can move invoices in XPM from one job to another?

  4. Currently there is no option to remove nil job totals through Xero invoice integration settings.

    You can remove nil tasks/costs if opting for the alternate invoice presentation method (tasks/costs), but not for when you opt for the job totals basis. This would solve multi job invoices and the clean-up required where writing off amounts to nil across jobs.

  6. I would like to place feedback around user settings, The user permissions are limiting and weird ones seem to go together. Currently all staff can see everyone's timesheets, we we're advised to remove the financial setting under financial privilege's to remove staff access to timesheets, in doing so staff could no longer see budgets on jobs, therefore we had to give all users back that permission, in effect allowing all staff access to everyone's timesheets it just doesn't make sense.

    It would be really handy if we could assign a user group to a staff member instead of having to…

  9. We have clients on Annual Packages that cover a group of companies or individuals. While we are able to add tax forms for other entities within the billing group, the same option is not available for Activity Statements, meaning that we have to split the job or not attach the forms.
    It would be very helpful to open an annual job and see all tasks and forms associated with it.

  10. Time Sheet Calendar.
    One of the best features of APS is the ability to enter time in a calendar view. You can specify the time units ie 6min, 10 min etc and it presents a week on view for you to add time aka MS Outlook Calendar.

  11. Fixed Assets - Asset Serial Numbers Printing on Depr Schedule
    It would be helpful to have as a print option for the Depreciation Schedule the ability to print asset serial numbers. This is one of the few fields not current able to be selected.

    Application is transport Companies and Engineering Companies which have a high reliance on serial number identification.

  12. Currently when copying a job then the costs and milestones are automatically copied as well. It would be great to be given the option to copy these or not. Most of the time we do not want to copy these specifically the costs

  13. Add the Ability to lodge NLA for TPAR using Practice Manager, allowing clients to sign the NLA and submit to the ATO.   14. We have the AS' downloaded from ATO automatically and this creates a new job for every AS. We then need to add an AS task to every job individually.

    Would be great to be able to add task/s to multiple jobs in one go - similar to how you can assign staff/manager to multiple jobs in one go.

  15. when we have a report that we would want to specify the type of return e.g. ir3, ir4 there does not seem to be the IR4J specifically for when we file a IR4J on its own for members apart of a consolidated group and only require to file their own imputation return.

    It would be great if this could be included as this helps when reporting our internal filing stats.

  16. Do not understand why if a client files their own income tax return with Inland Revenue and an assessment is issued why this is not updated in XPM, issues arise that we have no knowledge of assessment so affects Provisional and Income tax notices

    HI Sally, jumping back on your idea here our team are working on providing more flexibility to the info you view from Job Manager.

    Right now, we're developing columns for Staff, Manager and Partners. Around the same time we expect to deliver these additions, we'll also enable you to hide detail you'd prefer not to view. So, you can decide and only see the information relevant for you when viewing Jobs.

    We'll return to share more when this is available🙂

  19. It would be great to be able to customise if the fields are mandatory or not for new client setups. This would allow us to ensure that the fields we need setup are being setup by the admin team.

  20. We would like to be able to do a list of Employee at the end of year with total earnings, PAYE, Employer and Employee Kiwisaver etc.

    You can list now but it lists every date and you then need to drop out to Excel and do all the additionals. Very time consuming if you have a number of employees.

    As you've found, the Annual Earnings Certificate displays the information required, but splits each employee in to a seperate page.
