    Hi Debbie, the 'waiting approval' report only contains unapproved letters. And the field you've references would only contain payments 'since approval' so even if included, would always be 0.00.

    Could you share a little detail of any underlying pain point you're looking for this idea to help you solve? It'd help in sharing back with the team and considering how this could be tackled. Thanks!

  3. XPM Reports - Tax Return
    Create/ generate a single Tax Return Report on industry codes which includes: SMSF, Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts etc.

    Currently we can only create separate reports for:
    - Individuals and Sole Traders
    - Companies

  6. I often have a draft bill for recurring expenses that I need to edit. When I update the amounts, it updates the total on the bottom, but it doesn't update the amount in the upper right corner (why not?), so I have to edit that as well. This creates another keystroke and mouse move that is annoying. What is the purpose of that total remaining the same after I have made the other changes? It should update automatically.

  8. With the change in the NZ tax legislation it would be great if we could have a "deemed settlor" as a relationship which can be different to the settlor as recorded in the trust deed

    Also would there be any way to include a relationship for the power of attorney - a number of clients have these and it is handy to be able to actually set them as a relationship instead of just as a contact

  9. Improving XPM Workflow Capabilites with Seperate & Specific Job States & Automation Triggers

    Seperate set of state for different job templates/workflows. XPM currently only has one set of job states. there should be the ability to have multiple for different jobs. These states should also be able to be transferred into a kanban board view and when the job state is changed either by drag & drop or dropdown certain automated actions should be triggered such as automated emails or deploying client or internal forms to be completed etc. At the moment the XPM's workflow capabiliteis are extremely limited.

  10. Document Packs - User permissions

    The ability to lock down who can prepare doc packs vs who can send them. ie. We want admin to prepare but Director to send. Suggest view / prepare / send.

  11. Ability to create historic workpaper paper packs over 6 years old would be helpful for those clients that need their accounts brought up to date and need to prepare financial statements over 6 years old.

  12. In Xero Practice Manager's dashboard be able to enter leave by selecting a start and end date. So we do not have to enter each day one at a time, especially when you have long service leave to enter! This is extremely time consuming and irksome.

  13. Where the notices are the same screen. It would be helpful if it held your sorting order. When you click on a date to accept the assessment, when you return to the list it is back in date order. I'd like to keep it in client name order.

  17. We, as a tax agent, would find it extremely useful if we could set a default payment letter template for each client - maybe have a selection option on the client page. Then when we send out bulk payment letters we know they are going to receive the correct details each time.

  20. Regarding the newly added "Other Name" for individuals and sole traders the following:
    Please add this field as a column on the screen that lists all the clients.
    The reason why we are urgently asking for this is that we only use Initials + Last Names in the display name (as this works better on reports and invoices) and we have multiple individuals with the same last name (even with the same initials). If the "other name" is shown on this screen, it would make it so much easier to select the correct client to work with.
