XPM: Add 'Automatically Retrieve from ATO' field to Report Builder
Please make the field "Automatically Retrieve from ATO" available to select in Report Builder to be able to create and run reports with this field in it.

Hubdoc - Publish receipt to existing Xero bill
Allow Hubdoc to publish a receipt to an existing 'BILL' in Xero without creating and new transaction and duplicating the amount. Failure to do this forces the user to upload the receipt directly into Xero files instead or opt not to use the BILL feature in Xero and publish transitions in real time from Hubdoc instead. For those wishing to have all their receipts in a magical shoe box in the cloud (Hubdoc) it appears that this would be a way forward.

Reports - Add more filters to the General Ledger
General ledger,
- (same goes to account transaction report )
Once generated report, pls Enable view and filter, sort the transaction by clicking specific column, enable filter in every each column drop down instead of allowing only one box to search for different categories.]- description 2

- pls enable receipt list as well in sales platform (enable filter feature for every column) It's such a hassle for me to click in every bank to view transaction. Spend money too!

XPM - First Name and Last Name to appear on XPM Client Main Details Page
Can we please be able to view and individuals FIRST NAME and LAST NAME on the Client Details Screen. Currently you can only see what the First Name and Last Name for a client is by going in to Edit the page. It seems extremely weird that you can't view the First Name and Last Name of a client on the Main Details page when arguably that is the most important detials of an Individual!

XPM - Include category when copying job
When Copying a Job currently the Job Category does not get copied. This should be changed to copy the previous Job Category.

XPM - Prior period placeholder for recurring job templates
Id like to have a placeholder for the prior period when using the recurring jobs function.
When you complete a bookkeeping job you are doing this on prior period data so the recurring job functionality to use 'period' is not useful as it creates the workflow job a week in advance.5 votes -

Is there a way for the creation of Automatic Activity Statement Jobs to have the Partner and Manager for the entity pre-filled on generation?
It is time consuming to go through each AAS Job and assign Partner/Manager so it appears in worklists.10 votes -
Reports - Add average for the account in General Exceptions report
Can there be a date period added to calculate the averages on this report?
We do not find "The average in the account is calculated based on all transaction lines in the account for the life of the organisation" to be of use unfortunately.2 votes -
Practice Manager | Jobs - Add custom fields to recurring jobs
Can job custom fields please be added to recurring jobs? We have set up fields for required information, but becomes pointless if they can't be added to recurring jobs as well. Will also save staff a bunch of time if they can add the info when setting up the recurring job, rather than looking for the information at a later time.

Xero HQ - Set a date range for reporting
Allow the ability to set timeframes to the the reporting currently on Xero HQ.
For example to receive a quick overview of the bank reconciliations at the year end to see how much is to be reconciled and for what bank accounts.

Xero HQ - Mark months as Reconciled for each client
It would be very helpful to be able to mark individual months in each account as reconciled so a separate list does not have to be done to ensure that each month's books are fully complete. Thank you!

Job WIP Balances Report - Criteria Search
I would like to be able to have a selection of criteria for the standard Job WIP Balances Report that allows me to produce that report by certain fields in the report ie Name, State. Also by adding the following criteria would also save me a lot of time exporting and trying to sort by:
1. Client Group; or

Workpapers - Ability to add more users
Sometimes we have more than three people working on a job and currently Xero only allows for one preparer, manager and partner on a job. It would be good if we could have more flexibility in this area.

Practice Manager - Show tax payment notices in client's Dashboard
In XPM, if we want to look at what tax payment notices we’ve sent to a client, we can’t see this by looking at the individual client’s dashboard. We need to go to the tax menu then search the client. It would be good if we could see it on the individual client’s dashboard as a section in the Tax Returns tab.

Hubdoc - Sort Hubdoc Docs by Payment Status
I would like to add to the Sort By options, to include Payment Status. When Bills are issued months in advance of the due payment date it's difficult to manually skim through and find them on the Hubdoc Docs list to check them off as paid. As some of our bills are paid via owner funds introduced, it becomes important to have a checklist of what's been processed and what hasn't.

Xero Tax (UK) | Prepare Accounts for Dissolved Company
If a company is dissolved Companies House reports back that there are no year end date outstanding. But there are circumstances when you need to prepare axcounts for a dissolved company - for instance if you need to get the company re-instated. But Xero prevents you from progressing. All you would need to do is enter a year end date manually and you would be able to continue.

Xero Tax (UK) | Structured Buildings Allowance annual rollover
I am frustrated that this has be added as "an idea" because it is clearly basic functionality. The structured buildings allowance doesn't roll forward each year and as such for the next 33 years I will need to re add the lines from 2023 and manually calculate the bought forwards. Not cool and in fact I will be looking for alternative software.

Workpapers - Bolder highlight for PDF attachments
Workpapers - Preview Attachment Highlighting faded
When previewing a workpaper rather than downloading if you have highlighted using pdf manager this doesnt show that bright. Need to fix as this is hard for a review to know what the team member has highlight.1 vote
