Homepage - Pause and reflect

Hi Kelly, looking at threads (one with 707 comments a time of writing this), the new homepage has extremely minimal support from your paying customers.
You previously stated "However I want to be open that the new homepage will permanently become the new experience over this year."
Surely it's time for a bit of reflection now you can all see the real depth of feeling and rejection of it, and find a way of letting us keep the old layout option?
It's not as if the comments are broadly 50/50 in support of this, it's more like 99/1 against.
Based on that level of customer rejection no sane company would plow on ahead unless they had a true monopoly.
Appreciate your feedback, Rob. Our product team are taking all this feedback onboard and considering this carefully as they plan further development. However as noted the new Homepage will become the future experience for all customers.
While we appreciate the feedback we're receiving from customers in product ideas here, I can assure you that our teams did a lot of testing and research of the new homepage prior and through the release.
We will continue to share any updates on the related ideas as improvements are planned.
