I just feel it's easier access to have them at the top
Can we move the new invoice, and add bill to the top of the invoicing and bills widget, instead of the bottom.

Net Profit or Loss - last year, Have the ability to show profit Trading profit ( no sh Salary)
should have the ability to show profits Trading profits in companies of the actual profit before shareholder salaries or retained earnings. It currently shows unusual results based on the taxable profit.

contact groups
It would be great to be able to customise any invoice related widgets on the home dashboard because different staff look after different types of customers all of whom have been assigned to their own contact groups.
It would be good for individual staff to be able to customise their widgets to only show customers in their respective groups to monitor overdue invoices etc. at a glance

"Import bank statement" available for internal accounts
Make "Import bank statement" link work for internal bank accounts
We use bank accounts for internal accounts and tills. I upload the statement using excel. I can do this within the account, but strangely not from the homepage.

Remove the "Import bank statement" link
We don't need to see this link against every bank account on the homepage. The link in the ellipsis is enough.

I would like to be able to change the date view for the whole system - ie when you log
When you log in you have an option to change the date view for the system. Default would be the current day - however you could change it to 31.12.25 which means that when preparing year end accounts it would make it simpler for running reports, making adjustments etc

Homepage - Add new bank accounts to homepage by default
Automatically show new bank accounts on the Homepage
When a new bank account is added in Xero, it currently defaults to being hidden until the user manually clicks “Add to homepage.” This creates an extra, unnecessary step.
Suggestion:
Have newly added bank accounts appear on the Homepage by default, with the option to hide them if users prefer. Interest fees
I would like an option to be added onto Sales invoices/Debtors, that allows one to select "add interest fee" of 2.5% or 5% or 10% to a specific debtor/s who pay after 8th/10th of the month (38 days from statement/s & pending if 7th falls on a weekend)

Income YTD comparison would allow me to see how I'm doing compared to prior year.
Widget - Income YTD as compared to last year same time period. This allows a business to see how they are trending as compared to the previous year in the same time period.

Menu needs to be able to be changed for different types of orgs, e.g. schools
An option to amend the menu titles would be useful for organisations like schools. For example, Sales should be Revenue; Purchases should be Expenses.

CASH (manually entered receipts) Reconciliation Obvious and clear
Make sure unreconciled items are obvious (10 items to be reconciled for eg) in CASH (manually entered) section, as I have missed these in the past.

Would be fantastic if you could attached emails in to the invoice / purchase.

New Homepage has sensitive info available for Staff, clients have no way of controlling. Subscriber able to change?
New Homepage has allowed for sensitive information to be displayed for Staff they previously did not see, ie Profit and Loss. Client has no way to control this unless ask Staff member to switch to old or Customise. That can cause questions and issues.
Solution:
1. Give Subscriber and/or Advisor the right to control what Standard Users see on Homepage or switch to old, and
2. Hi Xero Product Team,
I’d like to share a reporting idea that I think would add a lot of value for finance teams who need a quick, complete ledger-style view of activity—beyond what Aged Debtors/Creditors currently provides.
The gap today
Aged Debtors and Aged Creditors are very useful, but they focus on what is still outstanding (unpaid/part-paid). There isn’t an easy way to see all invoices or bills (paid, unpaid, and partially paid) in a single monthly overview, broken down by customer/supplier.
