Homepage - Add a tracker for deadlines (such as tax due dates)
I would like to set and track deadline dates on the dashboard for each client relating to statutory and other submissions (i.e. provisional tax / monthly management reports / tax return submissions / etc.).

It's clear that having key tax and compliance dates visible on the dashboard would make it much easier to plan ahead and ensure due dates are met. When those deadlines live outside of Xero, it can mean extra admin and more mental load than necessary.
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can capture interest and share with the product team how valuable this added visibility would be.

Homepage - Monthly Profit and Loss Graph
The ability to add a monthly Profit and Loss Graph to the dashboard. This feature was available in my old accounting software (Wave Accounting).
11 votesHi team, thanks for the feedback we've received on this idea. We'd like to highlight that on the new homepage, you'll find Net Profit & Loss is a widget, on the widget you'll find there are a few different date selections.
I appreciate this doesn't quite achieve the monthly comparative as shown in the screenshot and we'll continue to keep this idea open for votes and share if there are improvements planned.

Homepage - Show Purchase Orders

82 votesHi team, we appreciate the interest being able to see the information that is most important to you or a specific user from the homepage.
Our product teams are paying close attention to the feedback and what would be most useful to our customers as they continue to develop this experience. Being upfront, Purchase orders widget is not in the roadmap atm, but we will be sure to share of there are any plans made for this, here.

New Homepage - Track Quotes
Ability to track quotes and Purchase orders on the Dashboard
Purpose: This would allow for quick access and visibility of quotes

Homepage - Add a Tracking Categories widget with recent amounts assigned
Ability to see tracking watchlist on the Xero dashboard.
Purpose: To save users’ time from clicking and going through multiple pages.
47 votesHi team, we appreciate interest and the value our customers have in using and being able to keep track that transactions have ben assigned to Tracking categories in your org.
As we continue to develop Xero, ideas in the forums here are being considered closely by our product teams.
I want to be upfront that we don't have any immediate plans for developing a Tracking widget or adding a tracking view to the existing widgets, but if any work is picked up around this we'll be sure to let you know here. Thanks
