Hi team, I'm back with an update as copying values up or down a column within an invoice using drag and drop or keyboard navigation is now out to all users!

This makes it much faster to repeat or update line-item details across multiple rows, which should help when things like product pricing need to be applied across an invoice.

To use it, click the blue dot in the bottom-right corner of a cell and drag up or down the column. Otherwise you can use your keyboard - hold Shift, use the up or down arrows to select cells, then hit Enter.

We appreciate that there may be some customers that would like to automatically update the inventory item sales price from the invoice and that isn't encompassed in this release - you may like to add your vote to this idea to stay up to date if there's any progress of this.

    This drag-to-fill feature is going to save so much time! Updating repetitive line items and price adjustments manually across multi-row invoices has always been a pain point when managing recurring billing.

    We deal with extensive product and digital media inventory logs tracking updates across various app assets like https://tocabocamodapps.com/ so being able to bulk-apply price points or item descriptions rapidly will streamline our monthly invoicing workflow significantly.

    This is a really practical feature request, especially for food businesses where pricing changes happen constantly and manually updating each invoice one by one wastes a huge amount of time. For anyone in the food wholesale or restaurant supply space, having bulk update functionality for draft invoices would make a significant difference in day to day operations. Even fast casual restaurant brands deal with this kind of pricing challenge regularly since ingredient costs and menu item prices shift frequently. Dave's Hot Chicken for example updates their menu pricing based on location and availability and having accurate up to date pricing information is something both operators and customers care about deeply. A bulk invoice update feature would save food businesses considerable time and reduce human error across the board.

    That sounds like a much-needed feature for food wholesalers! With prices fluctuating so frequently, having the ability to bulk update product details in draft invoices would save a lot of time and effort.     Hi. I would like to vote for this change as well. The updated price would only be for future purchases. It would speed up our admin process.

    I'd like to suggest a feature enhancement for the invoicing system. When adding new line items from our saved parts catalog, it would be incredibly useful if we could update the price of a product directly on the invoice, and have that new price saved permanently to the in our inventory product code. This way, we can ensure that our part prices are always up-to-date without the need to manually update them in multiple places. This would be really helpful for business that have a lot of different part numbers or product codes from multiple suppliers.
