Statements - Hide summary on statement email
HIDE DETAILED SUMMARY ON CUSTOMER STATEMENT EMAIL
I NOTE THAT XERO HAS RECENTLY ADDED A SUMMARY OF STATEMENT ACTIVITY TO THE EMAIL TEMPLATE (CLEARLY DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE FEEDBACK WHEN XERO DID THIS TO THE INVOICE TEMPLATE).
PLEASE ADD THE FUNCTION TO HIDE THE DETAILED SUMMARY ON CUSTOMER STATEMENT EMAIL TEMPLATE.

This summary is causing constant confusion from our customers who then email and ask us to send them a statement .. all they're seeing is the partial and incomplete version in their emails and not realising there is a PDF version attached.
Also, the fact that the statement is headed with our Xero Organisation name instead of the business name causes constant headaches and many customers just delete these emails thinking they are from someone unknown. Come on Xero .. as a major financial software provided it really doesn't always feel like you operate in the real world. -

`Yes, please give us the option to hide the Detailed Summary on the Customer Statement Email Template - this change is causing a lot on negative customer feed back for our Client.

I love how every time Xero makes changes (without a Product Idea), to get back what we customers had before, we have to raise a Product Idea.
