Ability to add a future notification
It would be great if we can add a reminder that Rental should increase in a particular month.

Hey Petina, thanks for raising this Idea we appreciate the feedback. As Xero is an Accounting software, all emails are based on transactions (reminders etc) you would need to look at a CRM or another third party app to use to manage customers and changes to rental agreement or rent increases.
