Hi Elias, sorry if there's something I'm missing from your idea atm it may be worth responding to my update with more detail if I'm not quite hitting the mark.
Right now, you could run the Receivable invoice Details report that offers the ability to customise the columns including a variation of ways to view the tax of lines of your invoices.
This report can then be exported to PDF, Excel or Google sheets for further analysis.
