Invoice Template - Remove the first "view and pay online" link
Please can you remove the first "view and pay online" link?
It is only needed once and at the bottom of the invoice is sufficient.
It also clutters up the page where the key invoice details are.
I have highlighted it in a red square on my attachment.
Thanks for sharing this with us. 🌟
We acknowledge that the new invoice template can display two View and pay online links—one near the top of the invoice and another further down. We understand that this can make the invoice seem cluttered, particularly when it’s printed.
We’re opening this idea up so other customers can vote and comment on it. The additional feedback will help us understand how widely this affects customers and support future consideration of the requested change.

New update on invoices is good overall but i have an issue:
View and pay online is now written on the invoice twice which there is no need for it.
The above item should be amended and allow the user to decide whether they want it on their invoice or not

Agreed. One pay now option at the bottom would be best.

I have the same issue. Having 2 large VIEW AND PAY ONLINE signs looks very tacky. I have been clicking around and there is a toggle to remove the text link in the settings, but it doesn't work. The QR toggle works fine. Fix your "new and improved invoices" please. Who asked for the change anyway ?

Thanks Rahman, fully support, looks very unprofessional having the two on there. If you remove as has been suggested then customers cannot view their invoice online if they choose to, so to reduce to just having the one on their would be great

I agree with these comments. There are not enough options for simple format changes:
Uneven font sizes look unprofessional in dates and amount due line
Pay Online link on PDF should be optional regardless of online payment activation - In larger organisations PDF may be 'the source of truth' for invoice issued.
