Payroll AU | Timesheet - show submitted leave days on timesheets.

When approving timesheets it would be ideal to have separate lines underneath Ordinary Hours with Leave requested, on which days and hour amounts and to be able to approve there instead of having to go to a different screen.

Can be hard to double check and remember correct days the leave was taken and also to ensure daily and weekly hours are met.

    This is especially important with larger businesses as it is easy to end up approving hours claimed as leave, moreso when the employees don't always know how to submit their claims properly. It would be handy to make the process to approve the leave first, and then it shows up on the timesheet as approved hours of leave so you can visualise the hours claimed/approved in the one place.

    It would be great if Xero Me would automatically blank out the approved leave, and public holiday hours, within an employee's timesheet (manually overwritable of course) so that they cannot (or are warned not to) double up their hours. e.g. they have annual leave approved, to have a Friday off, but they can also enter paid hours on their timesheet for that same Friday, thus enabling double pay for that day.

    Agreed - if approved leave could prefill into a timesheet as a locked figure, it would prevent a multitude of errors from staff

    Would we please be able to see staff leave at the same time when entering timesheets?

    This would be beneficial to see both when approving timesheets instead of opening up two screens.
