AU Payroll - Remove 250 payslip history limit in employee record.
The maximum of 250 historic payslips needs to be removed, or an option to turn it on or off in settings.
In legal forensic review work this is imperative.
While you can create a transaction report beyond 250 payslips, this does not provide the ability to identify the actual incorrect inputs by someone historically beyond the 250 limit.
There must be a simple setting in the background you can change or update, as when you add a new payslip, the earliest, previous payslip just drops off.
DO it NOW please.

Absolutely needs to be more than 250 payslips anyone who pays weekly would only have access to 3 years of history, and it is a legal requirement to have a minimum of 5 years history, but as someone else mentioned 7 years would be required for LSL calculations for anyone who doesn't work regular hours.

I am in the process of reviewing the "continuous service" criteria for an employee who will be eligible for long service leave shortly. She was paid on a weekly basis. The furthest I can go back is September 2021.

Given that sometimes a pay history review can be over a long period, 250 payslips for a weekly payroll is only 5 yrs of information. Even to verify correct LSL calculation needs to cover 7yrs of employment history, esp for casual and part time employees who have changed or had varied work patterns.
