AU Payroll - Hide earnings rate on employees payslip
Add option to hide hourly rate on full time employee pay slips where they are using the "Base Salary" pay item.

Alexei is right. The hours component is only needed for calculating leave entitlements etc..
Also, it is confusing to the employee. We pay monthly, so the number of hours and hourly rate changes for each payslip. They can take 38hrs times hourly rate and get a different figure to the salary figure displayed at the top of the payslip. I would have to make a batch of manual entries in the Pay Items and Pay Template to make this look right on the payslip.
At least in MYOB, there is the correct hourly rate at the top of the payslip, as opposed to different rates appearing on the payslip each month.
Lastly, we sometimes need a payslip provided for employees applying for home loans, and this problem could potentially add unnecessary confusion for bank managers if all the figures do not seem to line up properly.
It would be great to get this fixed. -

Remove hours from salaried employee's payslips. They shouldn't be displayed at all.
