It would be extremely valuable if Xero could expand its timesheet feature to include staff clock-in and clock-out functionality, along with staff scheduling, as an integrated feature within the platform.
Currently, we use Deputy for these functions, which adds significant cost and requires operating outside of Xero. Having these capabilities built directly into Xero would streamline our processes, reduce our reliance on additional software, and make workforce management much more efficient.
From a customer perspective, this type of integration would make Xero an even more central operational platform for businesses and would likely increase customer retention and platform stickiness.
Consolidating scheduling, time tracking, and payroll preparation in one system would significantly simplify our workflow.
