JAX access approved by admin not subscriber
We should not have to contact our accountant (subscriber) to verify our organisations agreement to use JAX. An organisation admin should be able to do this.

Listening to feedback from our customers we understand JAX is most useful when it’s easy to find and use, without extra setup.
This in mind - JAX chat is now available to all Xero customers by default! This means that:
- More people in your business can get quick answers and insights from your Xero data
- You don’t have to manage a separate “opt in” for your organisation
- You can start using JAX as soon as you’re ready, simply by opening it and accepting the terms
