Keep status page up to date. Xero has been flaky for 5 days and status page says nothing wrong - i cannot be the only user not able to access Xero
Hi Tracey, appreciate wanting updates to be as timely and frequent as possible when an incident occurs. I've shared your feedback with our teams that manage this page.
Please know that they work very closely with those investigating and resolving issues that occur within Xero and will provide updates on the page there when a widespread incident begins and as often as possible throughout until it's resolved.
While we have many indicators and systems to monitor Xero, with customers using our features around the clock there can be times at which you'll encounter an issue before it becomes widespread.
We recommend raising a case with our Xero Support team if you do run into unexpected behaviours as this can also be a good indicator for our teams.
Saying all this, there have been ongoing recent disruptions and we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this has caused users over the past week.
We want to apologise, and assure you our engineers are monitoring the stability and usage of the platform very closely right now to be able to act and inform users if something arises. Thanks
