profile pictures either sync with the blue Xero profile or be removed from Xero Central entirely
Currently, you can't change your profile picture in Xero Central - which is bizarre, because you can change it in the "My Xero" profile.
Therefore, in the spirit of "one ledger", surely profile pictures entered manually in My Xero profile should sync your Xero Central profile.
