We cannot give all managers full payroll admin access - confidentiality is a big issue as well as anyone can then change permanent bits/change leave opening balances etc. So much room for error.
We note you have updated permissions, but you cannot untick any boxes in the payroll admin screen nor give access in employee user to access their teams' timesheets.
So, guess even if you give this permission the next issue will be that they only need to see their own teams' timesheets and leave not the whole firms.
