Projects Invoicing - Show total time entries per employee
Invoice in Projects - ability to combine time entries of employees to show total hours per employee
At the moment when you create an invoice in Projects, all the individual time entries are shown which can be 2-3 pages long. It would be great to have an option to combine all time entries per employee over a selected period so that the invoice doesn't have to be 2-3 pages long showing time entries done by each employee when all we need is one line item per each employee.

This is exactly why I added invoice grouping to Hour Cap. When you push an invoice to Xero you choose how to group the line items: by team member, by project, by date, or by individual entry. So if you want one line per employee showing their total hours for the period, you can do that. If a different client wants the granular breakdown, you pick per-entry instead.
Saves you from sending clients a 3-page invoice when a summary would do.

Yes on an employee basis.
Essentially it'll be grouping the time entries by employee for a period. Instead of having 40-50 time entries per employee, they just want to show the name of employees and the total hours spent by each employee for the period of billing.
